If you choose to submit the contact form on the quote page, the information you enter — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, procedure of interest, message, and the source value allon4cost.co — is sent to the shared medical lead intake through Google Apps Script and recorded in the connected lead-management workflow. Do not use the initial contact form to send medical records, scans, government IDs, insurance numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive records.
AllOn4Cost.co does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics in this build. If those services are added later, this policy should be updated before deployment.
