Published prices vary widely
In our September 2026 web review, clinic-published Medellín All-on-4 prices ranged roughly from $6,000 to $16,000 per arch depending on provider, bridge material and package. That is not an independent market average. It is a snapshot of published clinic pricing, and your case may be quoted differently.
For comparison, CareCredit’s 2026 U.S. guide reports $11,640 to $27,500 per arch with an average of $15,176.

Plan the aftercare before you buy the ticket.
CDC advises medical travelers to consider the destination, facility and treating professional, understand what services are included, know how follow-up will work, and keep copies of overseas medical records. Infection prevention and continuity of care are central risks.
Credentials
Verify the clinician’s training, professional registration, implant experience and who actually performs each part of treatment.
Facility & infection control
Ask about sterilization, emergency procedures and facility accreditation where applicable.
Follow-up
Know who will see you if pain, infection, prosthetic fracture or implant problems occur after you return home.

Flights, lodging, ground transport, food changes during recovery, missed work, companion travel, repeat visits and emergency flexibility belong beside the dental quote.
